A Wisconsin native, her passion for serving people and seeing them flourish stemmed from her own personal experiences. At 10 she was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis, by 11 had her first surgery, and as a senior in high school, she was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease. While in chiropractic school, Dr. Sara learned about the body’s ability and potential to heal itself. Since receiving chiropractic care, she has been able to stop taking medications she had taken for 14 years, and has not experienced side effects. This sparked her desire to provide hope and answers to moms, parents, and children who are having their own health struggles. She practiced in a local office in Knoxville for four years before realizing her vision to serve the community in a greater capacity. As a result, Freedom Chiropractic was born. Dr. Sara is certified in Webster’s Technique and Pediatric and Family Chiropractic.
Outside of work, you can find her laughing and enjoying time with her husband, Nolan, soaking up the sun on a pontoon, exploring the outdoors, or spending time with her dogs and her horse – Rory, Blue and Whinny.
